Przyznam, że gdy wydawnictwo Strategmata ogłosiło, że jego kolejna gra będzie poświęcona bitwie pod Małujowicami, przyjąłem to z mieszanymi uczuciami. Z jednej strony zadowolenie, bo lubię, gdy dostaję do ręki grę o bitwie, o której wiem mało i której do tej pory nie miałem okazji rozgrywać. Z drugiej strony były jednak wątpliwości, bo specyfika XVIII-wiecznych bitew z ich charakterystycznym szykiem liniowym sprawiała, że do najciekawszych (w moim odczuciu) nie należały – ot, stawały naprzeciwko siebie dwie linie wojska i strzelały. O grach Józsefa Dorsonczky’ego pisałem już kilka razy. Tegoroczne targi Spiel, to nie tylko Sponsio. Druga nowa gra tego autora to Vikingdoms. Mam okazję obserwować niezwykłe zjawisko. Jedna z ciekawszych abstrakcyjnych gier logicznych – co dla niektórych jest synonimem nudy i brzydoty – ostatniego czasu (Six Making) została przekształcona, transmutowana w eurogrę! Efekt jest o tyle oryginalny, że ja znając Six Making muszę przestawić myślenie na zupełnie nowe tory. Być może osoby, które poznają najpierw Vikingdoms będą miały pewną trudność w odnalezieniu się w tym fragmencie rozgrywki, który nawiązuje do Six Making.
