Fantasy Flight Games zajmuje honorowe miejsce w panteonie ulubionych wydawnictw osób, które cenią śliczne wykonanie, klimat i lubią na długie godziny zanurzyć się w świecie niebezpiecznych przygód. Kwietniowa zapowiedź wydania remake’u klasycznej gry o eksploracji podziemii zelektryzowała fanów rozrywki tego typu. Niedawno ukazał się pierwszy z artykułów przybliżających nową wersję gry i dających (mimo, iż ciągle niepełne) większe wyobrażenie o tym, czego możemy się spodziewać.
Chodząc po podziemiach, bohaterowie (opisani kilkoma cechami i posiadający „przyrodzone” zdolności specjalne) natrafiać będą na zdarzenia, lub potwory, które wymagać będą testowania ich odpowiednich umejętności… za pomocą rzutu kośćmi. Zapewne przedmioty, czy też pomocnicy będą pomagały w zmaganiach, być może będziemy mogli wpływać na losowość rzutów, ale patrząc na już zaprezentowane karty, obawiam się festiwalu rzutów, 
tracenia kolejek i nieprzewidywalności.
mam nadzieje ze nie bedzie trwal tysiaca godzin jak Descent
durne FFG. Zawsze się napatrzę na te ociekające kolorami screeny, mam ochotę zagrać, potem siadam i żałuję ;P
Nie lubię ciągłego wertowania instrukcji, mnóstwa kart z tekstem i olbrzymiej ilości znaczników… ale i tak bym zagrał w Dungeon Questa – bez sensu.
Stwierdzam, ze wklejanie twarzy Pancho do kazdego newsa robi sie powoli troche nudne ;)

Ja pamietam, ze Labirynt Smierci bardzo mi dzialal na wyobraznie. Tym bardziej, ze… mialem tylko instrukcje – zetony gdzies zaginely. I wielokrotna lektura samej intrukcji dawala mi mnostwo radosci.
I mimo tego sentymentu nie bardzo ciagnie mnie do DQ. Jakos boje sie totalnej losowosci i nudnego czekania na swoja kolejke, gdy jakas karta sprawia, ze ja ciagle tracimy.
Zgadzam się z AvantaR’em.
Aczkolwiek uważam, że jeżeli już ma być portret Pancha, to znacznie ciekawszy efekt dałoby umieszczenie go dwa obrazki wyżej
No tak, żart w kółko powtarzany zaczyna męczyć. Żeby jeszcze ten Pancho był porządnie zmontowany…
Ciekawe ile jeszcze gier będzie mieć grafiki z RuneBounda. Przykładowo co z tego, że Torch Goes Out ma śliczny obrazek, skoro już go widziałem w Koronie Starszych Królów. Coś czuję, że nowe gry nie mają na celu wzbogacenie Terinoth (nie wiem jak się oficjalnie to nazywa), ale zaoszczędzenie na grafikach.
Fakt, FFG mocno te grafiki mieli. Do znudzenia wręcz. Runebouned, Descent i kolejne tytuły wyglądają dziwnie znajomo.
Runebound i Descent to 'starocie’ – to Runewars i DungeonQuest wyglądają znajomo
Jak dla mnie moze byc. Prosta gierka dla mlodszych. Idealne na wprowadzenie w 'prawdziwe’ gry fabularne! labirynt Śmierci w wersji deluxe! Chetnie bym kupil polska wersje :-)
Swoją drogą, Don Simonie, bardzo profesjonalnie napisany tekst. Brawo!
Mnie ten 'genialny’ pomysł trochę wkurza. Nie specjalnie zależy mi na posiadaniu DQ, ale chciałbym mieć tych nowych bohaterów do Descenta :/ I co? Kupować DQ dla kilku kart i figurek? Bez sensu.
Oczywiscie, ze pomysl jest genialny… dla wydawnictwa.
Inna kwestia to pytanie, czy ktos kto ma np. Descenta, bedzie chcial miec kolejna podobna gre.
Sa tu jacys milosnicy Runebounda, czy Descenta? Posiadajac tamte gry rozwazacie kupno DQ?
W sumie to nie jest do końca nowe zagranie. W pudełku z dodatkiem do Descenta: Sea of Blood dostałem promocyjnego nowego bohatera nie tylko z kartą do Descenta, ale także do Runewars.
Ja na razie DungeonQuestem zainteresowany nie jestem, chyba że bliżej premiery mnie bardziej zachęcą. Kolejny dungeon crawler? Jeżeli skuszę się na jakąś alternatywę dla Descenta, to prędzej będzie to Castle Ravenloft.
Posiadam Descenta z hordą dodatków i jest to doskonały dungeon crawler dla mojej grupy. Poziom złożoności zasad pozwala zarówno na płynną grę jak i na sporadyczne, burzliwe dyskusje nad ich interpretacją (emocje!). Czas gry to grube kilka godzin na jedno posiedzenie i dysponując takim zapasem czasu, często wolimy zagrać w tradycyjne RPG.
Lecz gdy tylko rusza Descentowa kampania, to inne gry schodzą na dalszy plan. Obie kampanie wynoszą Descenta na poziom, do którego nie podskoczą żadne Labirynty czy DungeonQuesty.
Choć darzę Labirynt Śmierci ogromnym sentymentem (można było grać solo!), to jednak pozostanę wierny Descentowi.
