Tym sentencjonalnym wstępem zapozycjonowałem tekst w google pod hasłem „filozofia” i zaspokoiwszy swe intelektualne ambicje mogę przejść do meritum, czyli krótkiej rozprawki o błahych grach planszowych. W tym roku wydawnictwo Egmont poczęstowało nas kilkoma nowościami i dodrukami kilku swoich hitów. Wśród tych pierwszych znalazła się gra „Piraci: Karaibska flota”. Gra sama w sobie nowością jednak nie jest, gdyż w pudełku kryje się stary dobry Boomtown z 2004 roku. Nowa szata graficzna bardzo spodobała się Bruno Faiduttiemu i ma teraz szansę spodobać się polskim rodzinom.

Na radarze gier kilka

Już od kilku tygodni ilość zapowiedzi nowych gier rośnie lawinowo z powodu zbliżających się targów w Essen. Na portalu spiellust.net można śledzić pokaźną listę gier (już prawie 500 tytułów), które mają mieć wtedy swoją premierę. Do tego wiele gier już ukazało się USA ze względu na konwent GenCon. Krótko mówiąc jest na co czekać i dlatego by zachęcić pozostałych przedstawiam przegląd gier, które trafiły na mój radar.  Jako, że cały czas najchętniej patrzę na eurogry, tak więc tylko takie gry tutaj uświadczycie.

Panchostacja – za dużo kostek było w moim życiu

Gdy w 1994 roku pojawił się w Polsce Warhammer Fantasy Role Play ja byłem gotowy. Z drewnianego pudełka wpatrywało się na mnie kilka K6, dwa K10, K4, K12 i k20. Bez przerwy, bez odpoczynku, rozstrzygały czy wypuszczona w czasie konnej pogoni strzała dosięgła czerepu orka, czy uciekający rzezimieszek zdołał przeskoczyć z dachu na dach i złapał się szczęśliwie rynny, czy na szybko wymyślona gadka o łupach i niesprawiedliwości ...

Philippe Keyaerts jest znany głównie za sprawą Small World – gry lekkiej, ładnie wydanej, z lekką dozą negatywnej interakcji (no dobra trochę więcej niż lekką) i przede wszystkim wesołej za sprawą ciekawych kombinacji ras i specjalnych zdolności (na GF możecie przeczytać chłodny rzut okiem Szymona). Small World lubię, nawet mam w swojej kolekcji. Ucieszyłem się na wieści o nowej grze pana Keyaertsa szczególnie, że miała zostać wydana po polsku przez Rebel.pl. Bałem się tylko, że kierując się chęcią odcinania kuponów od wielkiego sukcesu Małego Świata, Olympos będzie za bardzo wzorował się na tym tytule.
