Picked this up at Essen 2007. Great two player game. You must own this. New simple mechanic any gamer will love. Unlike any two player game you’ve ever played.Kupiłem w Essen 2007. Wspaniała gra dla dwóch graczy. Musisz ją mieć. Nowa, prosta mechanika, którą pokocha każdy gracz. Inna niż wszystkie gry dla dwóch graczy, w jakie kiedykolwiek grałeś

Essen 2007, 2nd edition with the 5th army.
(…)
Rating update : from 7 to 8, then 9. More plays show that luck is not so prevalent : knowning each army possiblities and counting the tiles left, add a lot to the depth of the game. Best game of my Essen haul so far.Essen 2007, 2gie wydanie z piątą armią
(…)

Superb nifty tactical tile-lying game with a great theme (Not like playing with peasant, weeds or streets). Easy rules but good game experience from Michal Oracz, which is another designer from eastern europe to watch out for. This is my personal favorite in 2007.Znakomita, taktyczna, kafelkowa gra ze świetnym tematem (Nie to samo co odgrywanie wieśniaków, chwastów czy ulic).

Rating after one play at Essen 2007: The best game I tested at Essen 2007 and bought! This is a tactical wargame with some nice and challenging mechanics! WOW, what a tense game we had. I hate the gamegraphics and the overall futuristic flair, that it is given, but the gameplay can’t be taken away. I can really see the replayabilty here. Wow and once again…WOW!Ocena po jednej rozgrywce w Essen 2007: Najlepsza gra jaką testowałem w Essen i kupiłem. Wow i jeszcze raz…WOW!

(…)Game has arrived – I have played two games and tentively rate this game an 8.5 – My rating will probably go a little higher as I become familiar with the special abilities and symbols. I have really enjoyed the tense action of this clever tile placement game. There is a definite 'building’ feel to the tension – and then a massive explosion when someone plays a 'Battle’ action tile. I love the interactions, the tension and the aggressive nature of this game. Wspaniała i zabawna!!
