Kiedy nadejdzie moment, że po podziemiach będziemy już chodzić bezbłędnie nawet z zamkniętymi oczami. Kiedy nawet kolejny Kallax nie pomieści wszystkich ukradzionych smokowi artefaktów. Kiedy zorientujemy się, że z tym smokiem spotykamy się częściej, niż z najlepszymi przyjaciółmi, i niczym nie jest w stanie nas zaskoczyć. Wtedy jasnym będzie, że ten czas to czas… dodatków.

A że dodatków do Brzdęka jest sporo, to najsensowniej zacząć od tego najlepszego. Trochę zepsułem suspens ten recenzji, nieprawdaż? Ale fakt jest faktem, Mokra robota (o ileż lepszy tytuł, niż oryginalne bezpłciowe Sunken Treasures) to moim zdaniem najlepszy spośród dodatków dostępnych na daną chwilę w polskiej wersji językowej.

A zatem jeśli powiedziało się brzdęk, trzeba prędzej czy później powiedzieć plusk. Witamy wśród nowych możliwości hałasowania.

Gdzie pluskamy?

Pluskamy na dwóch nowych planszach – na jednej znajdziemy zatopione podziemia, na drugiej wrak statku. Mamy więc urozmaicenie w postaci innego rozkładu pomieszczeń i połączeń między nimi, ale przede wszystkim na pierwszy rzut oka dostrzeżemy, że część pomieszczeń znajduje się pod wodą (a co z tego wynika – napiszę za moment). Co natomiast bardzo doceniłem w warstwie styczności mechaniki z klimatem to fakt, że na tych planszach znajdą się możliwości szybkiego dotarcia do głębszych rejonów planszy – no bo do wody można po prostu wskoczyć. Jednakowoż bardzo trudno jest wskoczyć do wody równocześnie się skradając, w związku z czym te szybkie ścieżki wiążą się z wygenerowaniem sporego plusku, zwanego też brzdękiem – innymi słowy dość wyraźnie anonsują nasze nadejście smokowi.

No tak, smokowi, bo mimo że pod wodą, to jednak nadal jest smok. Morski, ani chybi.


Jak pluskamy?

Czym zatem różni się woda od jej braku? Woda jest mokra, gęsta i nie można nią oddychać. Te dwa ostatnie fakty będą miały podczas rozgrywki istotne znaczenie.

Po pierwsze zatem – woda jest gęstsza od powietrza, więc poruszanie się przez zatopione korytarze wymaga większej liczby kroków. No chyba, że zamiast maszerować pod wodą (co dobrze wychodzi tylko piratom-szkieletom) będziemy pływać, do czego konieczny jest akwalung, negujący te niedogodności.

Po drugie wreszcie – pod wodą ciężko się oddycha (ponownie – chyba, że zdobyliśmy akwalung). Jeżeli tego spróbujemy (czyli zarówno rozpoczniemy, jak i zakończymy rundę na obszarze podwodnym), poczujemy się nieco gorzej, czyli stracimy punkt zdrowia. Wiadomo, czasem dla skarbu warto się odrobinę poddusić, ale trzeba znać umiar.

Jak nietrudno się domyślić – fajnie mieć akwalung. Tak się składa, że można go nabyć w lokalnym sklepie w promocyjnej cenie jedynie siedmiu sztuk złota. Liczba dostępnych sztuk ograniczona!

Czym pluskamy?

W odróżnieniu od niektórych innych dodatków Mokra robota dostarcza nam również nowych kart do talii. Część z nich jest tematycznie i mechanicznie powiązana z dodatkiem (i tym samym mają mniejszy sens zastosowane na normalnej mapie), część jest zupełnie od mechanizmów i klimatu dodatku niezależna (i można je z powodzeniem dorzucić do podstawowej gry na podstawowej mapie).

No i dochodzi jeszcze lepsza wersja Goblina, czyli urocza i milutka Złota rybka z bardzo wydatną szczęką.

Pluskać czy nie pluskać?

W mojej ocenie Mokra robota to najlepszy z brzdękododatków. Wprowadza dwie ciekawe mapy, interesującą mechanikę, która wymusza nieco więcej kombinowania oraz garść nowych kart (oczywiście wraz z odpowiednio tanimi tekstami kursywą).

Pytanie, czy w nią inwestować to w zasadzie pytanie, czy kupować jakiekolwiek dodatki do Brzdęka. Są one o tyle specyficzne, że właściwie nie rozbudowują podstawowej wersji gry (co najwyżej dorzucają kilka kart, które i tak przepadną w ogromnym stosie z podstawki). Zamiast tego dają alternatywy w postaci nowych map wraz ze specyficznymi dla nich małymi mechanikami – w sumie analogicznie, jak dzieje się to w wielu grach pociągowych. Zamiast rozszerzać – urozmaicają.

Jeśli zatem lubisz Brzdęka, ale trochę już spowszedniał i chcesz więcej czegoś podobnego, choć nie identycznego – śmiało polecam Mokrą robotę. Jeśli Brzdęk nie przekonuje cię, ale myślisz, że dodatek to zmieni – sądzę, że raczej tak nie będzie, bo charakter gry pozostaje dokładnie taki sam. Ja i Brzdęk, i urozmaicenia lubię, więc dodatek (nie tylko ten zresztą) znalazł swoje miejsce na mojej półce.

Co znaczy ta ocena według Games Fanatic?
Dobry, solidny produkt. Gra może nie wybitnie oryginalna, ale wciąż zapewnia satysfakcjonującą rozgrywkę. Na pewno warto ją przynajmniej wypróbować. Do ulubionych gier jednak nie będzie należała.
