Szczegółowy regulamin konkursu

  1. Organizatorem Konkursu jest serwis GamesFanatic.pl.
  2. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady, zakres i warunki uczestnictwa w konkursie.
  3. Konkurs trwa od momentu opublikowania wpisu ogłaszającego rozpoczęcie konkursu do 2 września 2018, do godziny 23:59.
  4. Konkurs jest prowadzony na stronie serwisu www.gamesfanatic.pl
  5. Przystępując do Konkursu, potwierdza się znajomość regulaminu i akceptuje się jego warunki.
  6. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian w regulaminie.
  7. Jakiekolwiek złamanie punktu regulaminu dyskwalifikuje pracę z konkursu.
  8. Udział w Konkursie jest bezpłatny.
  9. Konkurs polega na udzieleniu odpowiedzi korzystając z poczty elektronicznej.
  10. Do Konkursu może przystąpić każda osoba, zamieszkująca na terenie Polski. Uczestnicy niepełnoletni powinni mieć pisemną zgodę rodziców na udział w Konkursie. Z udziału w konkursie wyłączeni są redaktorzy serwisu GamesFanatic.pl oraz członkowie ich najbliższych rodzin.
  11. Konkurs nie jest grą losową, loterią fantową, zakładem wzajemnym, loterią promocyjną, grą, której wynik zależy od przypadku, ani żadną inną w rozumieniu Ustawy z dnia 19 listopada 2009 r. o grach hazardowych (Dz.U.2016 poz. 471 j.t. z późn. zm.).
  12. Odpowiedzi będą sprawdzane przez redakcję serwisu GamesFanatic.pl
  13. Laureatów nagrody wybierze redakcja serwisu GamesFanatic.pl
  14. W Konkursie można wygrać nagrody wymienione na stronie konkursu.
  15. Zwycięzcy konkursu zostaną ogłoszeni w ciągu 14 dni po zakończeniu terminu przesyłania odpowiedzi.
  16. Laureat zobowiązany jest do przesłania danych do wysyłki na adres kontakt@gamesfanatic.pl w ciągu 21 dni od momentu ogłoszenia wyników. Niedopełnienie tego warunku zostanie potraktowane przez Organizatora jako rezygnacja z nagrody.
  17. Nagrodę wysyła Organizator do 10 (dziesięciu) dni roboczych od momentu przesłania przez Laureata swoich danych korespondencyjnych.
  18. Organizator ma prawo publikacji na stronie gamesfanatic.pl zwycięskiej pracy podając imię i nazwisko lub pseudonim autora.
  19. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za błędne wskazanie przez Laureata adresu korespondencyjnego.
  20. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niemożność przekazania nagrody Laureatowi z przyczyn zależnych od uczestnika.

    To co cieszy oko, duszę i cało w Łebie to tylko namiastka tego co w rzeczywistości skrywa to piękne miasto – miasto, które nie tylko zostało „pochłonięte” przez Bałtyk i hojne obdarzone przez naturę :) pachnącymi sosnami, bukami i dębami, połowem świeżych ryb przyrządzanych na wielorakie sposoby.

    Tu nie tylko znajdzie się wysokie klify, wydmy, piaszczyste plaże i latarnie morskie.

    Łeba oficjalnie jest … księstwem. Wydaje własne znaczki pocztowe, bije swoje monety, wydaje własne paszporty.

    W Łebie można spotkać się z …
    – dinozaurami i nawet się z nimi zaprzyjaźnić :) (Park Dinozaurów)
    – wszelkimi odmianami motyli co to człowieka uskrzydlają ;) (Muzeum Motyli)
    i przeżyć fantastyczną przygodę dając się porwać … labiryntom stworzonych z natury we własnej osobie (Park Labiryntów) lub magicznych, niekończących się luster, które nie są lustrami często spotykanymi z kategorii ukazujących świat w krzywym zwierciadle (Rodzinny Park Rozrywki).

    Łeba posiada także Adventure Golf, Muzeum Bursztynu czy chociażby … Wyrzutnię Rakiet – to kolejne atrakcje, które dodają uroku malowniczym terenom … księstwa. :)

    Łeba to mój przyjaciel, który zawsze wita mnie z otwartymi ramionami i za to są uwielbiam :)

    jutro mija 14 dni… ale ostatnio też wyniki były ogłoszone po regulaminowym czasie

    Mam pytanie, kiedy można się spodziewać wysyłki gry? :) Minęło już sporo czasu a nie mam żadnej wiadomości od Państwa, mimo wysłania maila. Przepraszam za niecierpliwość :)
